We also suggest having your electrician wire in a dimmer switch, so that you can choose between reading or ambient lighting.

We have found that the best install position is in line with the edge of your bedside table, and at the same height your head reaches when sitting in bed. This positioning gives the perfect amount of light for reading. The ceramic disc is also able to rotate so that you may direct the light to suit your preference. Yes, they are compatible with any smart system. Just let your electrician know our wall and ceiling lights are classed as lamp holders so as long as the purchased globe is compatible with your system, you won't run into any issues.

Your product will arrive packaged carefully with Eco-friendly infill to ensure it arrives undamaged. You will receive a QR code that will link you to our recommended installation instructions. Care must be taken when unpacking to ensure all parts of your light fittings are not damaged.

We Ponder must be notified via email info@weponder.com.au within 24hrs of receiving. Please take photographs of your damaged item clearly showing where the damage is present. We also require a photo showing the damaged item with the delivery box clearly showing the delivery label. Once we receive your email we will be in touch to let you know if we agree that there are clear indications of rough handling during transit and will do our very best to issue a replacement light as soon as possible.

Wall lights can be installed onto solid surfaces and should be installed by a qualified electrician. If the required wiring is not already in place, it will need to be installed during the construction or renovation stage of your project and positioned at the desired height for your wall light.

Please note that when installing our Duo or After Hours wall lights, a minimum wall cavity depth of 45mm is required to accommodate the wiring protruding from the rear of the backplate.
