To ensure your wall lights throw enough light for reading, it is best to position the base of the light at 1200mm-1300mm up from the floor and in line with the edge of the bed. We also suggest having your electrician wire in a dimmer switch, so that you can choose between reading or ambient lighting.

We have found that the best install position is in line with the edge of your bedside table, and at the same height your head reaches when sitting in bed. This positioning gives the perfect amount of light for reading. The ceramic disc is also able to rotate so that you may direct the light to suit your preference. We also suggest having your electrician wire in a dimmer switch, so that you can choose between task or ambient lighting.

Yes you can, our ceramic and glass wall lights come with an aluminium back plate which are powder coated to protect against corrosion. Our Stainless Steel wall and table lamps require more frequent cleaning depending on exposure to sea spray and weather conditions. Regularly wipe down to remove salt deposits and environmental build up.

Yes, your qualified electrician can connect your light fitting to a dimmer switch, just make sure you purchase a dimmable G9 240V globe.

Yes, they are compatible with any smart system. Just let your electrician know our wall and ceiling lights are classed as lamp holders so as long as the purchased globe is compatible with your system, you won't run into any issues.

Yes, all of our wall lights are now rated IP-65 which is suitable for interior and exterior application.

Your product will arrive packaged carefully with Eco-friendly infill to ensure it arrives undamaged. You will receive a QR code that will link you to our recommended installation instructions. Care must be taken when unpacking to ensure all parts of your light fittings are not damaged.

We Ponder must be notified via email info@weponder.com.au within 24hrs of receiving. Please take photographs of your damaged item clearly showing where the damage is present. We also require a photo showing the damaged item with the delivery box clearly showing the delivery label. Once we receive your email we will be in touch to let you know if we agree that there are clear indications of rough handling during transit and will do our very best to issue a replacement light as soon as possible.

You can install your wall lights to solid surfaces. We recommend your wall lights are only installed by a qualified electrician. The wiring for your wall lights, if not already present, will need to be installed during the construction of your project and set at the height you desire to hang your wall light. Please refer to our installation instructions found in our footer for further details.

If you are ordering more than one wall light and intend to install your lights near or next to each other, please rest assured that we will do our absolute best to ensure you receive a uniformed collection of lights from the same batch. Please remember though, due to the lights being made by hand, it is impossible for your lights to be 100% matching.
